We manufacture and supply Thermic Fluid Heater (Hot Oil Heater/Boiler), which are available in small and medium capacity and are Cold Hot Oil Heaters. Our Hot Oil Heaters have been engineered for maximum efficiency even without feed air pre-heater. On this Thermic Fluid Heater, it is possible to install any type of commercial/Industrial burner, which allows the customer to have an easy and low cost of after sale services.

The possibility to dispose of a fluid in liquid phase at high temperature (up to 300 degree C) and with atmospheric pressure is extremely interesting for various industrial applications. During the past few years Hot Oil Heaters, because of the characteristics mentioned above, have been strongly improved and developed. Hot Oil, when heated can be utilized both as a heat transfer fluid and as an exchange fluid for indirect steam, water or hot air production. We have therefore realized a line of Boilers holding the following Characteristics:

Vertical and Horizontal: Suitable for coal, wood, Rice husk, bagasse, Groundnut shell, Saw dust, lignite and any solid fuel Fired Boiler. Vertical and Horizontal versions according to the customer's needs.
Light & Heavy Oil, Fired Thermic Fluid Heater (Hot Oil Heater/Boiler): These are suitable for any liquid fuel.
LP Gas & Natural Gas Fired Thermic Fluid Heater (Hot Oil Heater/Boiler): These are suitable for any gaseous fuel.
Fluidized Bed Combustion: These are suitable for any solid fuel.

Type: 4 Pass Vertical Coil Type Thermic Fluid Heater.
Capacity: 1,00,000 to 30,00,000 Kcal/hr
Temperature: 280 and 340ºC
Thermal Efficiency: 75% ± 2 % on NCV of Fuels.
Solid Fuel Fired -Thermic Fluid Heater:
This system is forced circulation fully Automatic Thermic Fluid Heater, where Thermic Fluid is circulated in a closed loop through heater and user equipment circuit, where the heat is dissipated to process. The same Thermic Fluid is re-circulated through heater for heating. The Thermic Fluid Heater gives high temperature up to 300 oC using Thermic Fluid Oil at near atmospheric pressure as compared to steam heating, which requires 85 Kg/Cm2 pressure.
Horizontal Thermic Fluid Heater: The new Vertical Four Pass Thermic Fluid Heater is suitable for Process Industries in rapidly changing and undependable energy situations. It provides an assurance for rated output on any solid fuel like coal, Lignite, wood, husk, bagasse, etc.
